Denver Achievers

Denver Achievers is a community built around useful introductions and purposeful gatherings. I want ambition and generosity to have a place at the same table.

At a glance

  • Who it helps: Ambitious professionals who value useful relationships
  • The problem: Networking is more useful when introductions, gatherings, and shared purpose connect.
  • My role: Community builder and experience creator.
  • Intentional professional relationships
  • Useful introductions and gatherings
  • A designed community experience

The story

A good introduction can open a door that a person wouldn’t have found alone. Denver Achievers is the professional community I’m building around that possibility. I want people to arrive curious about one another, with something to contribute and enough room for a real conversation.

There is a public website and work around gatherings, collaboration, and educational experiences. I’m thinking about the invitation, the reason for meeting, and what might make it easier for someone to participate. The practical details matter: people should be able to understand what an event is for and decide whether it belongs in their week.

The part I find exciting is the relationship between individual ambition and community. We can each be working toward something of our own and still help the people around us move forward. I’m shaping Denver Achievers with that in mind. It is ongoing community work, with events and ideas at different stages, and I want the experience to earn the time people choose to spend on it.
