AI Advantage LIVE
LIVE is the in-person side of AI Advantage. I’m designing the lessons, visuals, exercises, and take-home materials to help people carry an idea out of the room.

At a glance
- Who it helps: Teams and individuals who want to learn AI in a live setting
- The problem: A live event needs a coherent journey from an interesting idea to something participants can try.
- My role: Educator and event-experience designer.
- Design the teaching deck, examples, and in-room exercises together
- Create take-home resources that reinforce the lesson
- Develop LIVE as the in-person format of AI Advantage
The story
There is a particular challenge in teaching something new to a room full of people. Everyone arrives with a different amount of experience. Some people are curious; some are unsure where to begin. AI Advantage LIVE is the in-person format of my AI Advantage program, and I’ve been thinking about that whole experience.
The work includes a teaching deck, examples, exercises, and supporting materials. I want the visual presentation and the workbook to help someone follow the same idea from explanation into practice. A slide has a different job from a page someone takes home. Designing both means asking what a person needs in that moment and what they will want to find again later.
This is why I’m interested in more than the content of a talk. I’m shaping how a learning experience fits together, while continuing to develop the program behind it. LIVE is part of AI Advantage, rather than another separate business. My hope is simple: someone should leave an in-person session with something they can explain, something they can try, and a reason to keep learning.
