Mind Installation
I’m developing a course platform around the step after understanding: putting an idea into practice. My own programs provide a place to work through that question.

The story
I keep coming back to the distance between understanding an idea and actually using it. You can finish a lesson, like what you heard, and still be unsure how to bring it into your life. Mind Installation is where I’m exploring the platform and learning design that could help close that distance.
I’m developing a home for my courses, with a wider possibility of supporting other educators. The shared learning foundation connects to the Sunlight and Equinox work, while keeping the different brands and learning experiences distinct. There is already a private foundation and substantial development behind it. The complete public teaching business, customer experience, and wider marketplace are still work ahead.
What I want to get right is the path through the material: a lesson, a useful activity, a place to reflect, and a reason to come back. I’m also interested in how to recognize good learning design. For now, I’m building the foundation carefully enough that the first real course can be useful to the person taking it. I want the platform to support that experience all the way through.
