Erin Rose Sells Real Estate
Real estate is my first business. I’m building the information and client experience around it because an important move deserves more than a pile of unfamiliar details.

A decision behind the work
- The challenge
- A move brings unfamiliar decisions and many people into the same process.
- The choice I made
- Start with the client’s questions, then design the information and next steps around them.
- The evidence
- My real-estate website and education materials, plus the Market-to-ClearlyDesk journey in development.
The story
Real estate is my first business, and it is the foundation for much of the work here. Buying or selling a home brings together money, timing, a place to live, and a lot of unfamiliar decisions. I want the person making those decisions to understand what is happening and feel comfortable asking the next question.
That is why I keep working on the things around the transaction, too. I’m shaping my website, educational materials, and a market-information experience. The market project is intended to give someone a place to begin exploring. ClearlyDesk, a separate product I’m developing, could help carry that relationship into a more organized client experience. I’m working on how those connections can make the whole journey easier to follow.
My aim is to build a real-estate business around thoughtful representation and a clear client experience. A beautiful website can introduce me, but the useful part is what happens after someone asks for help. I want the information, the communication, and the small details to support the person making an important move. That is the business I’m trying to grow.
A closer look at the thinking

What I’m creating
My real-estate practice is the foundation. I’m also shaping the website, educational resources, market-data experience, and the path into ClearlyDesk for clients who choose to work with me.
My separate brokerage business: Amplicity Real Estate Agency.
